A November 2, 2012 article from ezlandlordforms.com reported on the criminal and PA Dog Law charges filed against a Harrisburg Pennsylvania landlord.  The woman went inside the tenant’s unit to make some repairs.  The LL saw one of the 2 pit bulls urinate on her hardwood floor.  The woman shooed the two pit bulls out into the street.

One of the pit bulls viciously attacked a 10 year-old boy as he was walking down the street.  His grandmother rescued him and the PA pit bull attack victim was taken to Harrisburg Hospital where he was admitted for 2 – 3 days.

After the boy was mauled, one of the pit bulls tried to attack a police officer who was investigating the assault.  The cop shot the pit bull dead.    If you or a loved one have been mauled by a dog, call 800-980-4842 to set up a free home consultation with Attorney Thomas J.
