A Jan. 26, 2011 trial date has been scheduled in York PA in the case of an appeal from a dangerous dog conviction. On July 13, 2010, Defendant Chester L. Little was found guilty by District Justice Dubs of several violations of the Pennsylvania Dog Law. The most significant charge was of harboring a dangerous dog.

Your Pennsylvania dog bite attorney was present at the July 13th hearing when eyewitnesses described the horrific pit bull attack which took place on June 1, 2010. An 8 year-old boy nearly died as a result of being mauled by the Defendant’s 2 pit bulls. His life was only saved by the courageous acts of his mother and Hanover PA residents.
