On April 10, 2012, Attorney Newell interviewed a Lancaster County man whose young son was recently attacked by a neighbor’s pit bull. This pit bull had been running loose on the victim’s property multiple times in the past. The irresponsible pit bull owner failed to take corrective measures.
The Lancaster County dog bite victim was playing in his backyard when the pit bull grabbed his left arm and began to bite him. The young boy was able to break free and his parents quickly took their son to Ephrata Community Hospital for ER care. Lancaster County Dog Warden, Travis Hess, is investigating this pit bull attack.
