In early August of 2012, a Montgomery County dog owner was again cited for numerous violations of the PA Dog Law. In the latest incident, his Great-Dane got loose and bit a woman’s cat on her property. Veterinary care was required for the feline. According to Lower Merion Police, the defendant had previously failed to confine his dogs in violation of (3 P.S. §459-305).
