Monroe County Dog Bite Victim to Receive a $135,255.27 Payout

On Nov. 8, 2011, a Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Judge approved a Minor’s Compromise which provided for a total settlement payment of $135,255.27. The Poconos dog bite victim was visiting at a relative’s home when she was bitten in the face by a mixed breed dog in Carbon County PA.

The Kunkletown PA dog attack victim received medical care at Pocono Medical Center. A prominent Lehigh Valley plastic surgeon performed surgery on the 2 year-old girl.
