On May 14, 2013, the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office charged a driver with homicide by vehicle while driving drunk. The Monroe County fatal accident took place on 3/20/11. According to The Morning Call, the defendant and his brother had been out all night drinking.
The defendant got in the SUV to drive away from their motel. His brother tried to stop him as he was drunk and incapable of driving. The Monroe County car crash victim fell and his brother accidentally ran over him causing fatal head wounds. He was pronounced dead at Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg PA.
