On Aug. 26, 2011, Judge Stanley R. Ott of the Montgomery County PA Court of Common Pleas approved a $52,000.00 settlement for a Montco dog bite attack victim. The 6 year-old boy was bitten by his neighbor’s Central Asian Shepherd on the right side of his face and his back.

The Montgomery County dog bite victim was transported to Lansdale Hospital where the ER physician used 15 stitches to close his wounds. Due to anxiety and apprehension concerning dogs and a fear of going outside near his neighbor’s home, the young boy received counseling during 3 visits with a mental health professional.
