Montco Man Attacked by 2 Pit Bulls

An April 22, 2012 article from montgomerynews.com reported on a recent pit bull attack in Whitpain Township. A 68 year-old man was jogging on Muhlenburg Drive on April 10th when he was attacked and bitten by 2 pit bull terriers.

The Montgomery County PA dog bite victim informed the Whitpain Twp. Police that the pit bulls’ owner was unable to control them as they were running on his front yard before they attacked him. The Montco resident was taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital for treatment of numerous bite wounds and lacerations.

PA Dog Law charges include failure to confine the pit bulls and an expired vaccination for one of the dogs.
