On Sept. 19, 2011, a Macungie rider entered a guilty plea in the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas after a fatal Allentown PA motorcycle accident. The Lehigh Valley ‘cyclist plead guilty to a felony criminal charge of accident involving a death. The motorcycle rider admitted that he was speeding when he lost control of the cycle and crashed, causing the death of his passenger on June 1, 2008 on N. Sixth Street.
