On Feb 7, 2011 a guilty plea was accepted in Westmoreland County PA after a fatal April 4, 2008 motorcycle accident. According to the Pittburgh Tribune-Review, an Irwin, PA motorcyclist was hit by a driver who pled guilty to homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence. Westmoreland County Judge John Blahovec imposed a prison sentence of 3 to 6 years on the drunk driver.
