On July 30, 2013, an accident involving several motorcycles and cars claimed the life of a rider and caused serious injuries to 2 other motorcyclists. According to nbcphiladelphia.com, there was an initial head-on collision between 1 or 2 of the motorcycles and the driver of a Toyota Camry. The fatal accident took place on Welsh Road in Upper Dublin Township PA.
