On Nov. 14, 2010, an 18 year-old motorcycle rider was injured after an accident on Valley Forge Road (Rt. 363) in Towamencin Township. According to the Pottstown Mercury, the `cyclist made a left turn from Route 363 and struck a car at the intersection with Allentown Road. The driver was taken to Abington Health Lansdale Hospital while the biker was medevaced to Abington Memorial Hospital.
