PA Dog Law Convictions For Allentown Pit Bull Owner

On March 28, 2013, an Allentown PA pit bull owner plead guilty to 2 PA Dog Law charges in front of District Justice Joseph Pochron.  He had been cited for failure to control his pit bull and harboring a dangerous dog.  Attorney Thomas J.
