The Monroe County dog attack victim received medical care at Pocono Medical Center for a large laceration to her arm. The severity of her injuries caused her to be admitted to the hospital. Stroud Township police officers have turned their investigative materials over to Monroe County Dog Warden, George Nixon. Multiple citations for violating the PA Dog Law are expected, including harboring a dangerous dog.
