Schuylkill County Dog Attack Victim Hires Attorney Newell

On December 18, 2012, a Schuylkill County dog bite victim hired Thomas J. Newell, Esquire to represent her regarding a recent Ashland PA dog attack.  The woman was walking her American Cocker Spaniel on a leash in downtown Ashland when 2 pit bulls jumped over a fence and came after her dog.   While trying to protect her little canine, the Ashland resident fell to the pavement, striking her face and knees.

AMERICAN COCKER SPANIEL PUPThe PA dog attack victim was taken by ambulance to Schuylkill Medical Center in Pottsville PA.  X-rays were taken of her nasal bones, right hand and both knees.  She was given a tetanus injection and neosporin was used to treat the dog bite wounds.  The Ashland PA resident will follow up with her family doctor.
