On December 18, 2012, a Schuylkill County dog bite victim hired Thomas J. Newell, Esquire to represent her regarding a recent Ashland PA dog attack.  The woman was walking her American Cocker Spaniel on a leash in downtown Ashland when 2 pit bulls jumped over a fence and came after her dog.   While trying to protect her little canine, the Ashland resident fell to the pavement, striking her face and knees.
