Schuylkill County Dog Bite Claim Referred to Attorney Newell

Posted on: December 6th, 2012       Attorney Thomas Newell

On Nov. 26, 2012, Thomas J. Newell, Esq. participated in a conference call with a Schuylkill County dog bite victim and a Frackville PA law office that referred the case to him.  An Ashland PA resident was walking her American Cocker Spaniel on a leash when 2 pit bulls jumped over a fence and came after her and her restrained dog.

While trying to fend off the ferocious pit bulls, the Schuylkill County dog attack victim fell onto the sidewalk hitting her face and losing consciousness.  She was taken to a hospital in Pottsville PA where they took x-rays of her knees, right hand, face and nose.  She was also given a tetanus shot.  Her knees had multiple lacerations and were swollen.

The Ashland Police Department is investigating the PA dog attack.  Hopefully, PA Dog Law charges will be filed.  Attorney Newell has represented PA dog attack victims in 15 different Pennsylvania Counties.  Telephone him at 800-980-4842 to schedule your free in-home consult.  Answers to your PA dog bite questions can be reviewed at:  www.PADogAttackLawyer.com.
