On October 4, 2012, an East Stroudsburg rottweiler owner was convicted of multiple PA Dog Law charges by D.J. Germano. This past summer, a young boy was playing basketball at the defendant’s home when the rottweiler got loose and attacked the boy. He was taken to Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg for treatment of dog bite wounds to his left arm and wrist. The negligent rottweiler owner has since appealed her case to the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas in Stroudsburg.
