On Sept. 26, 2011, guilty pleas regarding 4 PA Dog Law charges were received by a York County District Justice. Barry Holmes plead guilty to harboring a dangerous dog, failure to confine, failure to have proof of current rabies vaccination and failure to license.
Earlier this summer, this rottweiler had jumped up over a 3′ high fence and bit a 2 year-old girl on the head. This dog had a history of prior vicious propensities. The rottweiler owner has pledged to put the dog down.
